NO DOUBT! The Hobbit is simply better if not as good as the Lord of The Rings (LOTR)!
What an better viewing experience in 3D with 48 fps? Peter Jackson's displayed masterful filmmaking skills, lighthearted storytelling, imagery scenery; filled with rich, bright colors and textures around complex sets and scenery. The clarity is absolutely amazing, although some critics doubt it as computer game alike.
STORYLINE
The movie takes place 60 years before LOTR, center on Bilbo Baggins epic journeys to the Lonely Mountain to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor from the fearsome dragon Smaug. With wizard Gandalf the Grey, Bilbo joined 13 dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield. Along the way, they faught Troll, Goblins, Orcs, Wargs, Giant Spiders, and Gollum.
