Samsung Galaxy M31: Delete WhatsApp Backup in Google Drive


A. To view WhatsApp Backup:

1. Open Drive apps

2. Menu > Backups

B. To delete WhatsApp Backup:

3. Open WhatsApp

4. More options (vertical 3 dots) > Settings > Chats > Chat backup

5. Google Drive settings
    Back up to Google Drive: Never

6. Open Drive apps

7. Menu > Backups

8. Click on the More options (vertical 3 dots) next to the backup file > Delete backup > Delete

Samsung Galaxy M31 - Clear Gmail Apps Data


1. Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts > {emailid@gmail.com}

2. Sync account:
    Drive: Disable
    Gmail: Disable

3. Settings > Apps > Gmail > Storage

4. Clear data > OK

Restore LINE Chat History on Samsung Galaxy M31 Using Google Drive


PRE:

1. Open LINE

2. Log in > Log in with phone number > Not now

3. What's the phone number for this device?
   Malaysia: +60xxxxxxxxx > ---> > OK

4. Enter verification code sent via SMS

5. Welcome back, {Name} > Yes, that's my account

6. What's your password: {password} > --->

7. Did you back up your old chats? > Yes, restore my chats > I'm ready

8. Allow LINE to access your contacts? > Allow

9. Choose account for LINE: {emailid@gmail.com} > OK

10. Restore chat history: Restore chat history

11. Chat history restored > OK

12. Start adding friends!
    Auto-add friends: Untick
    --->

13. Syncing account data...

Back up LINE Chat History on Samsung Note 4 Using Google Drive


1. Open LINE

2. More (3 dots) > Settings > Chats

3. Back up and restore chat history:
    Google account: {emailid@gmail.com} > OK > Allow
    Automatic backup: Off

4. Back up to Google Drive

5. Once backup completed, details shown:
    Last backup: {yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm}
    Total size: x.x KB
