Create Windows 7 Bootable USB Drive Using Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool

REMARK: 
- Make sure the USB drive is empty. Else, copy the USB data to another storage before proceeding as the tools will format the drive and all data will be lost.
- The tool ONLY accepts .ISO images.
- Make changes to BIOS to enable boot from USB drive.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

. Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
. Pentium 233-megahertz (MHz) processor or faster (300 MHz is recommended)
. 50MB of free space on your hard drive
. DVD-R drive or 4GB removable USB flash drive

PRE-INSTALLATION: FOR WINDOWS XP USERS ONLY

Install the following prior to installing the tool:
A. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 must be installed. It can be downloaded here
B. Microsoft Image Mastering API v2 must be installed. It can be downloaded here

1. Download Windows7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool-Installer-en-US.exe Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe
2. Run the Windows7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool-Installer-en-US.exe Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe.

3. Click Next


4. Click Install

5. Installation in progress

 6. Click Finish

7. Start > Programs > Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool > Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool

 8. Click Browse button to browse Windows 7 .ISO file. Click Next.

 9. Click USB device button.

10. Click Refresh button if USB drive not shown. Select and click Begin copying.
11. 'Not Enough Free Space' message will prompt if the drive is NOT empty. Click Erase USB Device
12. Click Yes to remove all the content
 11. Formating... and Copying files... in progress. ETA about 20 - 30 minutes.
12. Once complete, close the tool and use the USB drive to install Windows 7.
