'Unable to Run bootsect to Make The USB Device Bootable' Error When Using Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool

SYMPTOM: At the end of step 4, the following message appear, 'Files copied successfully. However, we were unable to run bootsect to make the USB device bootable. If you need assistance with bootsect, please click the "Onlne Help" link above for more information.'


CAUSE: User creating a 64-bit bootable USB device from a 32-bit version of Windows.

WORKAROUND:

1. Download 32-bit bootsect.exe from Microsoft Store account or copy from 32 bit Windows 7 Installation DVD.
2. Copy :\boot\bootsect.exe file to Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool Installation folder (e.g; C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Local Settings\Application Data\Apps\Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool).
3.Re-create bootable USB device.

  4. I get this error creating a 64 bit USB installer on a 64bit Windows 8. Any ideas for that?
